Diet Plan for Today:


Breakfast:
Yogurt, 1 slice diet toast, 1/2 banana 180 cals

Lunch: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 cups salad with 2 tablespoons fat free dressing, 6 crackers 205 cals

Snack: Protien shake, 2 cups salad with 2 tablespoons fat free dressing 170 cals

Dinner: 300 cals
855 cals

Excercise: 1 hour treadmill, weights
